SempreViva Traditional House is located in Astypalea Town, 700 metres from Pera Gialos Beach and 1.4 km from Livadi Beach, two of the most organized beaches of the island. It is a fully renovated traditional house which is built on a natural rock creating a unique feeling inside. The visitor will have a unique experience, a small journey in time, staying in one of the oldest houses of the settlement in which all the elements of the past are preserved, while providing all the amenities of a modern luxury residence.<\/p>\n

Our house is located in a unique spot in the center of Chora, in one of the most picturesque neighborhoods of the island, just below the famous Venetian Castle and 200m from the Church of Panagia Portaitissa, one of the most important points of interest of Astypalea and within walking distance from the picturesque shops of Chora.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
